The flowchart shows
the creation of the CNC code for machining a manifold block.
The process plan for machining the manifold is created using
the data from:
- MDTools created CAMit manifold or a user created machining chart
- Cavity manufacturing database
The process plan is automatically sequenced to group all machining
operations of the manifold to enable generation of a CNC machining
program.
The process plan is an input to Mastercam to simulate the machining
process and create the CNC code.
