1. HyDraw Explorer HyDraw Explorer enables easy navigation of HyDraw A405 Schematic Symbol Library, built stack of the symbols, insert component data into symbols.
2. Insert Insert symbols / components into AutoCAD from the HyDraw schematics library. The symbols are classified into categories and sub categories depending on their functionality. You can insert the symbol, or the symbol with embedded component properties as saved in the custom HyDraw library.
3. Insert Miscellaneous Insert frequently used symbols such as pressure gauge, pressure switch, shutoff valve, orifice, ball valve and hose.
4. Insert Envelope Insert an envelope line to define the manifold or system boundaries.
5. Insert Port Insert ports in a circuit drawing, typically on the envelope line. You can size and edit the ports to suit circuit requirements.
6. Insert Connection Interconnect symbols with connection lines and create a circuit. Specify the start and end point and the connection is automatically drawn.

Jumpers are automatically inserted where the connection crosses existing lines. A Connector (connection dot) is inserted if the connection line is terminated on an existing line.
7. Insert Jumper Insert jumpers at the intersection of non-connecting lines.

When using the Insert Connection command, HyDraw automatically inserts a jumper when crossing an existing connection line.
8. Insert Connector Insert a connection dot at the intersection of connecting lines.

HyDraw automatically inserts required connectors when inserting connection lines using the Insert Connection command.
9. Insert Terminator Insert a termination symbol at the specified unused component port.
10. Edit Component Properties Edit the embedded properties of inserted components and save the data for future use. Symbols with saved component properties can be easily accessed and reused.
11. Edit Orifice Size Change the orifice size units, and select the size of the orifice from the Orifice Size drop-down list.
12. Edit Port Name Edit port names to redefine symbol port identification / numbering.

This detail is required for circuit analysis, assembly, and for manifold design.
13. Edit Connection Properties Edit the properties of connection line and save the data for future use. Connection lines with saved connection properties can be easily accessed and reused.
14. Copy Connection Properties Copy connection properties from one connection line to another connection line.
15. Copy Component Properties Copy component properties from one symbol (source) to one or more symbols (destination) of same component type.
16. Stretch Connection Interactively stretch connecting lines to achieve required connections.
17. Move Symbol Move symbols.
18. Delete Symbol Delete a symbol along with its connecting lines.
19. Delete Connection Delete a connection.
20. Copy Symbol Copy symbols.
21. Copy Circuit Copy parts of a circuit to multiple locations within the same drawing.
22. Rotate Symbol Rotate a selected symbol by 90° CW, 90° CCW, or 180°.
23. Rotate Text in Symbol Rotate text in a symbol to a required orientation.
24. Insert Item Numbers Insert item numbers.
25. Insert/Update Balloon Automatically create balloons around component item number text in the schematic.
26. Insert Parts List Insert parts list for the selected symbols.
27. Insert Port Chart Insert port chart for the selected ports.
28. Create Symbol Create HyDraw Compatible smart symbol and add that symbol to HyDraw menu.
29. Modify Symbol Modify a Symbol.
30. Add Component Add components to the custom HyDraw database.
31. Manage Components Add, delete, and edit components in custom database.
32. Create Net List Create a list of how various ports in various components are connected to each other. This net list is an input for other applications like Manifold design
33. Manifold Cost Estimation System Manifold Cost Estimation System to a create rough cost of manufacturing a manifold.
34. Change Text Height Change the text height of component properties displayed at insertion.
35. Show/Hide Connection Point Switch on or off the visibility of a symbol’s connection points and port names.
36. Options Set options for units, line, port, display, balloon, database path, jumper and connector radius.
37. Help View the HyDraw User Manual in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format.
38. About HyDraw Displays the HyDraw version and build number.
