1   Set up for A405 is not loading.

To load HyDraw A405

1. Search for the AutoDesk Shared folder in the system.
   The Default location is C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared.
2. Copy the path.
3. Open AutoCAD.
   1. Click Tools > Options > Files
   2. Click and expand the Support Files.
   3. Select the Support File search path.
   4. Click ADD
   5. Paste the AutoCAD Shared file path in the new row.
4. Close AuoCAD, and reopen.

Open TCP port 8085 in Windows Firewall.

The problem was reproduced at our end with the Color Quality <= 16 Bit.

To display the popups

1. Right click the desktop
2. Select Properties > Settings > Color Quality
3. Set Color Quality to 32 bit
