MDTools 910 from VEST, Inc. is an advanced 3D parametric manifold design software. It enables quick and easy design of complex error free manifolds, and works seamlessly within the SolidWorks 2008 / 2007 environment.

Draw / Modify the manifold block using a material cross section
selection from the inbuilt or user created material cross section database. Insert cavities, offset holes, orifice plugs. Cut and paste, move, rotate, edit, copy, align, or delete cavities.

Make manifold connections easily. MDTools color-coded cavities enable easy visualization of individual flow paths. MDTools design checks include connectivity and wall thickness check. Locate holes cutting outside the port area of a cartridge valve cavity. Also, check for unconnected cavities / ports of cavities, broken nets, and wrong connections inside the manifold.

Automated dimensioning and machining chart ensure error free manifold manufacturing drawings.
