Automatically generate machining IDs for all the cavities on the manifold. It is based on the diameter or the distance naming options and one of the four alternative numbering options.
The Machining ID command depends on the following.
- The naming (numbering) scheme selected
- The name of the face on which the cavity is located
- The Sort by option selected
- The Keep Existing Machining ID option selected
1. MDTools 775 ribbon > Drawing panel > Machining ID
The Generate Machining ID dialog box displays.
