Rewards:

-	The Referrer will receive a gift certificate: $50 for HyDraw for Visio; $100 for HyDraw CAD or MDTools. If your company does not allow this personal gift, then this amount will be applied to your company's subscription, in addition to the benefits described in #2.
-	The Referrer's company will receive a discount on their next invoice for annual subscription of the referred software. Discount amounts will be per license purchased by the referred company: HyDraw V: $75, HyDraw CAD: $400, MDTools: $800
-	Amounts in excess of subscription values will be credited towards subscriptions for following years.
-	The Referred company will receive an additional 10% discount on the price of the software and first year of subscription.
The preceding rewards will be subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

-	The Referrer does not have to be a VEST customer.
-	The person or company being referred cannot be an active VEST customer.
-	The person or company being referred cannot be someone who VEST already has in their customer database, unless VEST has had no communication from them in the past 12 months, and no indication that they will purchase.
-	You cannot refer your own organization, unless you are a customer referring a different location within your organization.
-	The person or company being referred must purchase the software within 6 months of the referral.
-	The rewards will only be dispensed when all of the above are true.
